Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the SUKI Wellness website, mobile app, and services. By creating an account or using SUKI, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the SUKI website or mobile app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Not medical advice
SUKI provides education, tracking, and wellness tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare practitioner about any medical concern, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read or logged in SUKI. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Where you are below the age of digital consent in your country, you may use SUKI only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
4. Your content and community conduct
You retain ownership of the content you post in community features, and you grant SUKI a licence to display it within the Service so that it functions. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, misleading, or that infringes others’ rights, and to treat other members with respect. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access it in an unauthorised way, disrupting it, reverse-engineering it, scraping data, or using it to harm others. The Service and its content are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by or licensed to SUKI.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Applicable prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown before you purchase. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel a subscription as described in the app.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. When changes are material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUKI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, or for any decision you make based on information provided through it. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Uganda, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
